大賽簡介 – About the Competition
BICC (Britain International Creative Competition) is jointly organized by the Turner Contemporary Gallery in the UK and the Chinese Artists Association in the UK. It is an international competition accredited by BEDA (Bureau of European Design Associations).
BICC（中英國際創意大賽）是由英國特納當代畫廊和英國華僑華人美術家協會共同組織的國際藝術與設計大賽。這是一場獲得 BEDA（歐洲設計協會局）認證的國際比賽。
This competition aims to support the continuous development of the creative industry and encourage young students studying in art and design schools in both China and the UK. It also provides a platform for them to showcase their talents in the creative industry and art design.
此比賽旨在支持創意產業的持續發展，並鼓勵在中國和英國藝術設計院校學習的年輕學生。同時為他們提供在創意產業和藝術設計領域展示才華的平台。

PART 1 – BICC 是什麼？ – What is BICC?
BICC stands for Britain International Creative Competition.
BICC 代表英國國際創意大賽。
This is a competition targeting design, art, and fine arts projects.
這是一場針對設計、藝術和美術項目的國際比賽。
It encourages and supports the intellectual development of university students majoring in art in both China and the UK.
它鼓勵和支持在中國和英國學習藝術的本科生的知識與技能發展。
It provides a platform for artists and designers from both countries to exchange ideas.

PART 2 – BICC 評審標準 – BICC Review Standards
The competition’s review panel consists of 37 permanent reviewers, including artists, designers, and university teachers from both China and the UK. All works will undergo a two-round voting review process.
比賽的評審團由 37 位來自中國和英國的專業藝術家、設計師和大學教師組成。所有作品將經過嚴格的兩輪評審過程，確保評選的公正性與專業性。
Review Process
Round 1: Intuitive Review – In the first round of review, three reviewers will score each work, and the average score will determine the shortlisted works.
Round 2: Research Review – In the second round of review, five reviewers will score the shortlisted works to determine the corresponding awards.
評審流程
第一輪：直觀評審 – 三位評審將對每件作品進行初步評分，計算平均分後篩選出入圍作品。
第二輪：研究評審 – 五位評審將對入圍作品進行深入評析，最終確定各獎項得主。

The Top Awards will be decided by reviewing the Gold Award-winning works from both the previous and next seasons, with the top 10 works receiving the final awards.

Theme 1: Cultural Memory – AI Reconstructing Traditional Art – 主題 1：文化記憶 – AI 重建傳統藝術
Creators are encouraged to use AI tools to generate artistic elements and combine them with traditional artistic techniques to create unique works such as paintings, illustrations, and sculptures. This theme explores the synergistic relationship between AI and human artistic creation.
鼓勵創作者使用 AI 工具生成藝術元素，並與傳統藝術技術相結合，創作出獨特的作品。此主題探索 AI 與人類藝術創作之間的協同關係，展現科技與傳統融合的無限可能。
Concept Design – 概念設計
- AI Reconstruction of Traditional Art Cultural Scenes Concept: Based on research into traditional art cultural scenes, use AI technology to virtually reconstruct these scenes.
- AI Inheritance of Traditional Art Techniques Concept Device: Design a conceptual device that can record and preserve traditional art techniques through AI.
- AI 重建傳統藝術文化場景概念：基於對傳統藝術文化場景的研究，使用 AI 技術虛擬重建這些場景，提供傳統藝術創作環境的沉浸式體驗。
- AI 傳承傳統藝術技術概念裝置：設計一個概念裝置，通過 AI 記錄和保存傳統藝術技術，部分重現傳統工匠的製作過程。

Theme 2: Cyber Retro – Retro Future Trend – 主題 2：賽博復古 – 復古未來趨勢
Combine retro elements from the 1980s and other periods with a sense of future technology for creative design. Draw inspiration from nostalgic elements such as neon signboards and arcade game atmospheres.

UI/UX Design – UI/UX 設計

Themed Tracks: No entry or judging fees required.

Open Tracks: Due to the need for event organization and judging, an entry fee of £8 per piece is charged. This fee will be used for event organization, judging, promotion, and subsequent services for award winners.
開放賽道：每件作品收取 8 英鎊參賽費，費用將全數用於活動組織、專業評審、獲獎者宣傳推廣及後續服務，確保大賽的高品質運作與呈現。
